A Blissful Escape I Won't Forget

wide balcony fantastic view daily cleaning

The room included a wide balcony with a fantastic resort view. Daily cleaning services ensured the room was super clean, with fresh towels and bedding provided. I was impressed by the hotel's many pool, with distinct areas for adults and children. There were numerous restaurants, each one offering diverse food options for every palate.

The evening bar service was slow, with queues because only some staff were available. I wait long for orders to be taken because of short staffing. This reduced my overall relaxation in the evenings. I would enjoy faster service.

The room felt so luxurious. i loved the nespresso machines throughout the hotel. Such a treat! the underground parking offered convenience. elevators worked so fast.

the pool towel service was a little unfriendly, but it didn't ruin my stay.

the breakfast was quite nice. i got a room with a balcony and a resort view. the staff seemed very helpful (joanna at reception stood out with her attention to detail).

i found the lighting in the room poor. the dining room was noisy and crowded. the food was mediocre (it seemed like standard catering).

The service at the pool bar was really slow. it seemed understaffed, and waiting for drinks took forever. also, the kids club lacked natural light. the indoor space felt a bit gloomy. My kids didn't love spending much time there.
